SCP-914-ARC is to be stored in a standard Faraday cage (mesh density: ≤0.5mm) within a climate-controlled locker at Site-19. Personnel with Level 2 clearance or above may access the item for testing purposes with prior written approval from the project lead. Extended interaction sessions (>30 minutes) require medical monitoring for ████████████ exposure symptoms. Under no circumstances should the item be exposed to concentrated microwave radiation exceeding ███ watts without O5 authorization.
DESCRIPTION
SCP-914-ARC was recovered from the Output Booth of SCP-914 following a "Fine" setting processing of a standard ceramic coffee mug and a handheld LCD game (Tiger Electronics, c. 1989). The resulting artifact is a solidified single-piece construct, ~12 cm tall, 9 cm diameter at rim tapering to 7 cm at base, mass 385 g. Original ceramic has undergone complete isotopic transmutation to a novel silicon-based polymer infused with trace indium and gallium. Surface roughness averages 3.2 μm. Embedded micro-channels contain luminescent non-Newtonian liquid crystal fluid forming a 64×48 pixel monochrome display. The device harvests ambient EM radiation at ~12% efficiency. Spectrographic analysis reveals traces of caffeine — a residual "memory" of the original ████████.
